Europe's hospitality sector is facing a labour crisis. As part of our project, restaurant managers, students, vocational school staff met in Caen, France, to help alleviate this crisis.
The role of hospitality messengers was discussed, and a career guidance game "Jobs on Trial" was played. At a ceremony in the Abbaye-aux-Hommes in Caen, hospitality messengers signed the Commitment Charter.
